I had a question while using the site and the staff were really helpful, like they actually took the time to explain things instead of just sending a generic answer. They got back to me quickly too, not instantly, but fast enough that I wasn’t sitting around wondering what was going on. They made everything clear, like what to click, what to expect, and what the next step was, which I appreciated. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is the site was a little slow for me at times, especially when loading pages or moving between sections. Nothing terrible, just a bit annoying here and there. Overall though, it was a good experience and easy to deal with

I assumed the site might be a bit tricky at first, but it was easy to get around. The pages were clear, and everything worked fine with my screen reader

Booking was simple enough, no issues there. But honestly... for the price, I expected a little more. The seats were fine and the overall experience was okay, I guess. It just didn’t feel like great value for the money to me.

The food and drink options were decent overall. There wasn’t a huge selection, but there was enough to get by for a night out. The bar queue moved at a reasonable pace and the prices were about what I’d expect for the venue. It would be good to see a few more hot food options, but for what it is, it does the job.

I don’t know, the place just had no vibe for me. I walked in after grabbing a coffee nearby, and it immediately felt cold and not very welcoming, like nobody really wanted to be there. Even the lighting felt weirdly harsh, and I kept noticing how quiet it was except for someone moving chairs around in the back.

I tried booking my tickets, but the whole process was a mess. I kept thinking maybe I was missing a step or there was some kind of pattern to how the site wanted me to do it, but nothing really made sense. Every time I thought I had it figured out, something seemed to go wrong. In the end, I couldn’t book my tickets at all, which was really frustrating.

The show itself was okay, but the view got annoying. Parts of the stage were blocked at times, so I felt like I kept having to shift around just to see what was going on. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not what I was hoping for.

The actors were really good, and overall it made for a nice night out. That said, a few scenes felt like they dragged on, and I definitely had to put in a little effort to stay fully engaged at times.

I was disappointed. The show felt slow and all over the place. The sound wasn’t good. The acting didn’t pull me in either. I left feeling annoyed. For me, it wasn’t worth the ticket price.

I’m not usually picky, but the place just didn’t feel very clean. The seats felt dusty, and the toilets were already dirty when we arrived. Keeping those basics clean should be a simple thing, so it was disappointing.
